Based on the market process theory of the Austrian School of Economics, the\narticle explores entrepreneurship in the market process, pointing out that\nmarket process is opposite to statics equilibrium. Under statics equilibrium, it\nis hard to analyze entrepreneurship by economics. Entrepreneurship only exists\nin the market process. The article argues that in market process, entrepreneurship\nis reflected in entrepreneurâ?? behavior, including undertaking the\nuncertainty of business, combining heterogeneous capital, building the structure\nof capital. Profit-driven entrepreneur unintentionally makes economic\nsociety progress. Entrepreneurship is not only relative with entrepreneurâ??s\npersonal interest, but also economic society of the entire human....
Social intelligence and entrepreneurial skills are important factors influencing\nindividual academic performance and career development. Studies have\nshown that people with high social intelligence have the ability to understand\nand manage others and have an advantage in innovation. The entrepreneurial\npersonality trait is precisely the courage to innovate. Therefore, there is a\nclose relationship between entrepreneurship and social intelligence. In this\nstudy, the author explores the relationship between studentsâ?? social intelligence\nlevel and entrepreneurial skills based on medical college students. This\nstudy used a cross-sectional descriptive method for related research. The results\nshowed that the overall scores of the entrepreneurial skills assessment\ncriteria of the students were lower. This shows that studentsâ?? performance levels\nof entrepreneurial skills are relatively weak. This result shows that we\nneed to further improve the entrepreneurial skills of medical university students\nand take the necessary measures to improve studentsâ?? social intelligence....
Family firms are the dominant form of business in the economies of the world. Depending on\nthe definition adopted, their participation in the market is estimated at 15-70% of all businesses\nin the U.S. and the EU with a share of GDP ranging from 12 to 49%. In Poland, the family\nbusiness has become an interesting research topic, especially after over 25 years of existence in\nthe economy.The prevailing assumption is that a family business, due to a presumed long term\nrelationship, embedded community orientation and shared vision, would be naturally ethical\nand socially responsible. This kind of business may have unique perspectives of socially\nresponsible behavior due to the family involvement and ties to the community and their\ncommitment to uphold the business. This study aims to explore the consequences of corporate\nsocial responsibility (CSR) for family firms operating on a big scale. Using a national survey on\n1452 companies, the researcher profiled family business operatorsâ?? (n = 203). The data of 49\nwas analyzed in order to determine whether their CSR orientation contributed to family\nbusiness performance. Although the study was exploratory, it addressed CSR in a context new to\nthe literature as it focused on Polish large family firms. The results provide a substantial insight\nand understanding of CSR and its importance to family business performance. This paper reviews the socio-cultural, anthropological reasons for merchant success\nof Armenian immigrants to New Julfa in the seventeenth century. This includes the\nimportance of entrepreneurial, anthropological studies, and cultural aspects on\nindividual and social levels. The key enabler is the networking and support entities. Based on the two theoretical hypotheses of â??screening theoryâ? and â??cultivation\ntheoryâ?, this paper reviews the concepts and motivations of venture capital\ninstitutionsâ?? management intervention, and summarizes the two modes of\nventure capital institution management intervention: supervisory control intervention\nand operational management intervention. Based on two management\nintervention modes, this paper divides the management involvement\ninto three levels: no management intervention, moderate management intervention,\nand deep management intervention. This paper systematically analyzes\nthe influence mechanism of the two management intervention modes\nand the degree of involvement on the performance of venture enterprises,\nand constructs a comprehensive theoretical framework of venture capital and\nentrepreneurial enterprise performance, which provides theoretical support\nand research direction for follow-up research....
